8 oz tofu
1 cup snow peas
1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar

Recipe Directions for Soba Noodles with Vegetables and Tofu

  1. Boil noodles according to package

  2. Cut veggies and add to noodles at last 1-2 minutes

  3. Drain and run under cold water

  4. Toss everything
