Recipe Ingredients for Soba Noodles with Vegetables

10 oz Noodles, Japanese, Soba, Cooked
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
6 tbsp Sauce Soy 30% Less Salt Than Our Regular Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Cabbage, Napa, Cooked
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Soba Noodles with Vegetables

  1. Cook noodles. Toast sesame seeds until golden. Stir fry vegetables with garlic and ginger until tender. Mix soy sauce with 1/3 cup water, brown sugar, and chile sauce (opt,).

  2. Combine all ingredients and serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
