Soaked White Whole Wheat Bread in a bread machine. Yields 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Soaked White Whole Wheat Bread

3.25 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2.2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1.5 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Recipe Directions for Soaked White Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Place water, oil or melted butter, vinegar, honey, and 3 cups (reserve 1/4 cup) WW flour in pan, stir together well

  2. With reserved flour, make a mound with a hole in top and place yeast in hole. Sprinkle salt around base of mound.

  3. Let sit at room temp for at least 8 hours before baking on WW cycle, light crust.
