1 cup white whole wheat (view)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (view)
1/4 teaspoon salt (view)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (view)
2 tbsp tahini (view)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (view)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (view)
1/3 cup dark brown sugar (view)
1 teaspoon vanilla (view)
1 large egg (view)
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest (view)
1/2 c rolled oats (not instant) (view)
2/3 cup grated zuccini (view)
1/3 cup dried cherries (view)
1/3 cup toasted sunflower seeds (view)
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips (view)
2 1/2 oz soy protein isolate (view)
1/3 cup soymilk

Recipe Directions for So Good Breakfast Cookies!

  1. combine dry, combine wet (minus the soymilk) (toast oats and seeds) chop cherries, slowly add the soymilk until a batter comes together...

  2. 1/4 cup measureing cup, tennis ball sized cookies

  3. flatten slightly place on parchment

  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, turn the pan, 350 for annother 10 minutes.

  5. For the sugar, I used all sucanant, for the protein powder- jay robb vanilla soy protein

  6. viola!
