Recipe Ingredients for "So-fancy fish pack"

6 oz Tilapia, raw
0.33 tbsp Promise Buttery Spread
0.33 tbsp Parsley
0.5 tsp Garlic
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
7 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
0.25 fruit without seeds Lemons

Recipe Directions for "So-fancy fish pack"

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In sm bowl, mix butter, parsley, garlic & salt to form thick paste; set aside.

  3. Spray lg piece of heavy-duty foil w/ non-stick spray. Line asparagus stalks side by side in center, place fish on top.

  4. Spread butter mixture evenly over fish & top w/ 2 lemon slices. Fold foil into well-sealed packet.

  5. Place foil packet on baking sheet in oven for about 15 mins.
