Very low in calories if you make cauliflower rice rather than normal rice and no meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Snowpea Stirfry

1/4 tablespoon cornflour
1/8 cup beef stock
3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 tablespoon peanut oil
1/8 cup almonds
1/2 red onion
1/2 garlic clove
75 g beans
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 zuchinni

Recipe Directions for Snowpea Stirfry

  1. Place cornflour in a jug. Gradually add the beef stock while gently stirring. Add the ketjap manis and soy sauce and stir to combine. Set aside. Heat half the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the almonds and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a bowl. Heat remaining oil in the wok over high heat. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 mins or until onion is slighly tender. Add the beans, zuchinni and soy sauce mixture and stirfry for 2 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Add almonds and stir to combine. Remove from heat.

  2. To cook cauliflower rice, finely grate or put in food processor then microwave for 2-5 minutes.
