A complete vegetarian dish with a slice of whole grain bread or a nice side dish for meat menu. Can be served as cold as a starter too.

Recipe Ingredients for Snow Peas with Mushrooms from Olga's Healthy Choice

250 g snow pea
100 g onion
10 g garlic
250 g Mixed Mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch curry
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch dried chili

Recipe Directions for Snow Peas with Mushrooms from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. In a pan pure the oil, add sliced onion and chopped garlic. Stir fry for about five minutes on medium heat. Then add snow peas and continue to fry for about 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes more stirring time to time. Add other ingredients-spices. Then turn the heat off and let it simmer for 15 minutes before serving.

  2. You may add some fresh lemon juice to taste if you desire.

  3. Bonne appetite.
