Recipe Ingredients for Snow Pea with Mushrooms from Olga's Healthy Choice

100 g onion
10 g garlic
10 g ginger
150 g carrots
300 g snow peas
300 g mushrooms
1 tbs olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 tsp Hot Curry
1 tsp thyme
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Snow Pea with Mushrooms from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. In a pan slightly fry sliced onions with olive oil. Add garlic and ginger and fry 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms and continue to fry for 5 minutes then add thinly sliced carrots. Fried 5 more minutes. Add snow peas, and spices and water. Bring to boil and let it simmer on slow oven for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
