1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small Onions
14.5 oz Tomato Sauce
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Syrups, Maple
3 tsp Yellow Mustard
