0.13 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
3.5 serving Garbanzos Chick Peas
24 grams Organics 100% Pure Maple Syrup
6 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Peanut Butter Creamy Whipped
1 tbsp Peanut Butter Creamy Whipped
1 tbsp Omega Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.5 serving Jay Robb Egg White Protein Vanilla
0.5 serving Trader Joe's Jumbo raisin medley

Recipe Directions for Snickerdoodle Dip

  1. Snickerdoodle Dip

  2. (high in protein and gluten-free!)

  3. 1 1/2 cups chickpeas or white beans (1 can, drained and rinsed) (250g)

  4. 3 T nut butter (or other fat source) (see link below for fat-free option)

  5. 2 tsp vanilla extract

  6. 1/8 tsp baking soda

  7. heaping 1/8 tsp salt

  8. sweetener (see note below, for amount)

  9. 1 T unsweetened applesauce

  10. 1/4 cup ground flax (20g) (you can omit)

  11. 2 and 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  12. optional ingredients: a pinch cream of tartar, raisins

  13. Blend all ingredients until very smooth.
