Recipe Ingredients for sneaky vegetable pasta

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1 small zuchinni, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup spinach leaves
28 ounce crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 tsp brown sugar
8 ounce elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for sneaky vegetable pasta

  1. saute onions and garlic with oil

  2. add veggies cook til tender

  3. add tomatoes, broth, and sugar cook 5 to 10 min

  4. start noodles let sauce cool

  5. puree veggie tomatoe mixture while noodles cook

  6. when noodles are done combine everything together.

  7. and then enjoy
