Recipe Ingredients for Snack Mix Dump

7 1/2 oz dried cranberries
14 cups cheerios
4 1/2 oz pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted
8 oz sunflower seeds, roasted and no salt
5 oz walnuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp flax seed
