Recipe Ingredients for Smothie

0.67 cups fresh raspberries, frozen
1/2 cups blueberries, frozen (use flash freezing method)
3/4 cups Diet Cranberry Raspberry 27% Juice
1/3 cups milk
1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, grated
1/2 banana
3 kiwis, peeled

Recipe Directions for Smothie

  1. add 6 Ice Cubes

  2. Blend all ingredients except kiwi and banana.

  3. When smoothie is smooth, add in fresh fruit.

  4. Blend lightly and serve.
