5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tbs perfect blend seasoning
4 cans fat free cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for SMOTHERED CHICKEN

cut chicken into 1 inch strips. season with perfect blend. coat skillet with cooking spray. brown chicken. add creamof mushroom and seasonings with 4 cups water. simmer til chicken is tender.
