Recipe Ingredients for smothered chicken & green bean skillet

1 lb boneless chicken breast
2 c green beans
10 3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 c sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for smothered chicken & green bean skillet

  1. heat large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cover. cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until done (165 degrees). remove from skillet.

  2. add beans, soup, 1/2 cup water and thyme to skillet; cover. cook 6 min; stirring often.

  3. return chicken to skillet; cook 1 min. or until hot. top with cheese.
