Recipe Ingredients for Smorn

1 cup flour
1/2 l 3.25% milk
2 eggs
1 tbs sugar

Recipe Directions for Smorn

  1. Mix the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Let the batter sit for at least 1/2 hour.

  3. Bake on a skillet. You can leave it as a pancake or tear it apart and add jam, sugar, sausage blah blah :).
