Recipe Ingredients for smore-llows

3 c sugar
2 c light corn syrup
2 c water
6 oz unflavored gelatin
464 g (56) Grahams Honey
4 hershey bars
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for smore-llows

  1. dissolve gelatin in 1c. cold water

  2. add sugar, 1c water, salt, and corn syrup to a medium sauce pan

  3. cook covered for 3-4 min

  4. uncover and continue cooking till candy thermometer read 260 F or 127 C

  5. carefully add molten sugar to gelatin and mix on high for 15 min

  6. add vanilla

  7. while mixing prepare pan by spraying with non-stick spray and coating with powdered sugar and corn starch mixture and cover with half of the graham and chocolate

  8. once white and fluffy, immediately ad the marshmallow to the prepared pan and top with rest pf chocolate and graham

  9. press chocolate and grahams into fluff

  10. cover with powdered sugar mixture
