My new whey- based smoothie, using the whey i have left over from making yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie: Whey, Fruit and Protein

1 cup whey
1 cup mango
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries (this is a place holder for other fruit)
1 scoop French Vanilla Designer Whey
1 cup Spirulina (this is a place holder for 1 scoop of Green Vibrance)

Recipe Directions for Smoothie: Whey, Fruit and Protein

  1. Combine all and blend!

  2. The whey kind of separates some, so it's an acquired taste, but really good for you!
