1/2 orange
1 apple
2 ounces grape juice
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1 tbsp flaxseed

Recipe Directions for smoothie by vitamix

start with liquid first then add fresh fruit then add frozen fruit. put the vitamix pusher into the top hole. turn the machine on, walk the variable dial up and then turn on the high speed button and plunge and push the fruit into the blades. When the mixture starts to move on it's own turn it off and pour into two glasses.
