Quick & easy for breakfast. If you have fresh fruit instead of frozen, you may want to add 2-3 ice cubes. I sometimes add a dash of vanilla or up to 1 tsp of corn syrup if the fruit is too tart.

1 c plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c apple juice
1 banana
2 c whole strawberries, frozen
