Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

6 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 cup Blueberries
0.33 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 tsp, whole Flaxseed
1 teaspoon Truvia
0.25 small Sweetpotato

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

Bananas should be sliced and frozen ahead of time, blueberries can be fresh or frozen, kale should be chopped. add all ingredients to blender and blend til smooth
