A tasty, easy to make, fruitful smoothie!

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie!

1 fruit without refuse(207 g) Mangos
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
288 grams Strawberries
1 1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Smoothie!

  1. Peel banana, break into pieces and drop into blender jug.

  2. Hull strawberries, drop into blender jug.

  3. Peel mango and cut flesh off pit into blender jug.

  4. Add milk to blender jug.

  5. Put jug on blender, turn on and crank to "smoothie" setting.

  6. Pour into two cups (or insert straw in to blender jug if ambitious) and enjoy!
