Mmmmm... I'm drinking my milk...sure I am. This isn't cheating at all. :)

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

1 cup Ice
1 cup Skim Milk
6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
1/3 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Blackberries
1 cup Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

  1. Toss all ingredients into blender and puree.

  2. Change fruits around, add flax seeds -- do what you will.

  3. Makes 4, 1 cup servings or 1, 4 cup serving (but then you'd be a cow...).
