This is made from all fresh ingredients

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

2 slices pineapple, raw
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, whole
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup blueberries, whole
2 medium bananas, raw
1/2 orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

  1. I used 2 - 3" slices of fresh pineapple & the yogurt is Yoplait Creamy Vanilla. The orange juice is Simply Orange (not from concentrate). I also added the natural sugar substitute, Truvia. They have 0 calories. The database did not recognize the entry which is why it isn't part of the recipe. I used 4 packets which is 16 grams.

  2. Add everything to the blender and mix until smooth. I drink 2 cups as a meal and freeze the other 2 for another meal.
