I add protein powder to this, and sometimes yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for smoothie

1 cup watermelon, frozen
1 cup blackberries, frozen
1 medium banana, frozen
1 cup unsweetened soymilk

Recipe Directions for smoothie

  1. place in blender, process until smooth, divide into two servings, about 1 cup each.

  2. protein powder may be added, and or 1 cup of yogurt.
