Healthy smoothie for breakfast or snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

4 fl oz Vanilla
1.5 cup Spinach
3/4 cup Pineapple Chunks
3/4 cup Mixed Fruit
1 cup Mixed Berries
3/4 cup Sliced Peaches
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

  1. Blend Spinach, Almond milk and oatmeal until smooth

  2. add banana blend

  3. add frozen fruit a little at a time blending as you go.

  4. partially thaw frozen fruit before blending, if necessary.
