This is a great energizing smoothie. Easy to make and it tastes great. No added sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas
1 cup, halves(152 g) Strawberries
0.5 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
0.5 cup Blueberries
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

  1. Blend all Ingrediants together and TADA!

  2. **Serve half for a snack

  3. **Serve Whole for a meal/ meal replacement
