Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Kirkland's Trader Farms Triple Berry, Frozen Fruit
0.5 serving NNW protein powder - 1 scoop
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

Blend with water and ice to desired consistency. Can change out berries (to exclusively strawberries, and so forth) without significant calorie delta.
