Healthy, filling smoothie recipe, great for a breakfast substitute or sweet snack! I use lactose free milk and half a cup of Chobani greek yoghurt- any flavor is good, plain would be even better if you don't mind the taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1.3 cup(30 g) Spinach
1 cup(245 g) Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 oz Strawberry Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Smoothie

Add all ingredients to blender, blend till smooth. Add ice and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
