blend soy milk in blender wit h all ingredients and enjoy. the vanilla sweetens it.

Recipe Ingredients for smoothie

3 berry Strawberries
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tablespoons Chia Seed
1 serving light silk soy milk

Recipe Directions for smoothie

  1. 1 cup ight silk vanilla soy milk

  2. 1 small banana

  3. 3 frozen strawberries, or your choice fruit

  4. 2 tbsps chia seeds

  5. combine all in a blender or bullet (is wht i use) till smoth or close to and enjoy :)
