1 Fuji Apple
44.36 g fresh lemon juice
16 oz. water
1 cup Pineapple
4 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt

Grind Flax seed really well, add all ingredients to a blender until smooth.
