8 fl oz Orange Juice Calcium Vitamin D

Recipe Directions for Smoothie Meal

  1. Place 6 ice cubes, frozen fruit, yogurt, and orange juice in blender (in that order).

  2. Blend until liquefied. Serve immediately.
