A vegan smoothie with hemp powder.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie: Hemp Protien

3 T Hemp Powder
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Lite Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Mango
1/2 cup Water

Recipe Directions for Smoothie: Hemp Protien

Put all ingredients together and blend. I add a scoop of green vibrance, but that adds 44 calories. The smoothie is definitely gritty, but very tasty and filling. :)
