Non-dairy, with spinach powers. :3 The fruit masks the spinach taste and the berries hide the color. I freeze most or all ingredients for thicker smoothies. Play it by ear until you have it perfect.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie of Goodness

1/3 cup grapes
3 bananas
2 cups mixed berries
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup baby spinach
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Smoothie of Goodness

  1. I add the spinach first with a little water, so it gets blended before I add the other ingredients.

  2. Then I add the ingredients one or a few at a time with enough water to blend thoroughly.

  3. Once the taste and consistency is right, the smoothie is done.
