Something to add to plain NONFAT yogurt to make a healthy and yummy desert. Why the recipe maker can't find NONFAT yogurt while CC+ can, I will never understand.

1 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
2 tablespoons honey
7 grams flaxseed, ground

  1. Put honey and yogurt in blender, mix

  2. add flaxseed and blueberries

  3. mix well and serve
