7 medium strawberries
2 1/2 cup milk, fat free

Recipe Directions for smoothie base

Mix all ingredients well in a blender. Mix finished product with 1 tbsp lecithin, 1 caffeine pill, 1 woman's vitamin, and a 6 ounce dannon light and fit yogart
