Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie base

1/3 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup blueberries
1 T 100% Pure Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice Pulp Free
1/4 cup all bran buds

Recipe Directions for Smoothie base

put all ingredients in a bag and stick in the freezer. When making the smoothie add 1 to 2 cups liquid (milk, milk alternatives, or juice) depending on how thick you want it and blend.
