It is good to freeze the banana ahead of time for a thicker smoothie. Start with the liquids and slowly add the dry ingredients, to thicken add ice or more fruits, to thin add more liquids. Serves 2-3, just over a cup at 211 cals in 266g glass.

1 banana
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup yogurt, 3/4 actually (80 cals per 3/4 cup)
1/4 cup 2% milk
100 g blueberries
100 g strawberries

  1. Put yogurt in blender

  2. Add milk

  3. Add frozen banana

  4. Add rest of fruits frozen or fresh

  5. Add whey protein powder

  6. Add ice to thicken or liquid to thin.
