one version of my breakfast smoothie. Still want to add protein powder but haven't gotten any yet, too much sugar in the ones I can find.

Recipe Ingredients for smoothie 1

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
6 oz Blueberry Nonfat
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 cup, chopped Kale

Recipe Directions for smoothie 1

  1. Cut up kale, pear, and banana into small chunks and put in a blender.

  2. Add frozen or fresh berries

  3. Put yogurt on top and add ice

  4. Blend away!
