Recipe Ingredients for Smoothie 1

4 oz Very Berry
1 cup, sliced Bananas
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 cup, unthawed Strawberries
1 cup Light

Recipe Directions for Smoothie 1

  1. Blend 1 cup each of frozen banana slices, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, vanilla Light and Fit yogurt, and 1/2 cup Apple and Eve's Very Berry juice.

  2. Makes 3 1-cup servings.
