9 g garlic
147 g potato
180 g turnip
223 g swede
186 g carrot
300 g cauliflower
1 litre water

Recipe Directions for Smooth Country Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop all veggies into chunks and boil a kettle of water.

  2. Place all veggies in a pan and add the boiling water.

  3. Cook until vegetables are cooked to your satisfaction.

  4. (Optional) Cream the soup in a blender and add some cracked black pepper and fresh herbs of your choice for ultimate indulgence.
