Recipe Ingredients for Smoky Salmon Spread

7 1/2 ounces canned salmon
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Smoky Salmon Spread

  1. Open and drain canned salmon. Place in food processor. Add other ingredients. Pulse until texture is spreadable. Serve with crackers, endive leaves, vegetables.

  2. Note: Tuna may be substituted for salmon.
