Recipe Ingredients for Smoky Chicken & Potatoes

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 1/2 lbs baking potatoes
1 sweet onion
1 green pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 fruit+2-1/8"+dia lemon
1/2 cup parsley

Recipe Directions for Smoky Chicken & Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 450. Coat a 13 x 9x 2 in banking dish with nonstick cooking spray

  2. add chicken, cubed potatoes (with skin), green peppers, onions (cut into 8 wedges), and garlic (sliced). Toss with olive oil and season with parika, and pepper. squeeze lemon wedges over top and scatter wedges over casserole.

  3. Bake at 450 for 30 mins, stir once after 20 min

  4. Scater parsley over top. Serve with additional lemon if desired.
