Recipe Ingredients for Smoky Chicken Kabobs

1/2 lb chicken breast, cut in 2" cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 bell pepper, cut in 2" cubes
1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut in 2"cubes
1/4 cup onion, cut in 2" cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Smoky Chicken Kabobs

  1. Combine lemon juice, garlic, chilli powder and paprika in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Marinade for at least 1 hour.

  2. Skewer chicken pieces alternatively with peppers and onions.

  3. Grill 12-15 minutes turning occassionally.
