5 large Egg, Whole
150 grams Self Raising Flour
400 grams Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 large Onions
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 Rasher Bacon

Recipe Directions for Smokey Squash Slice

  1. Chop and fry off the bacon

  2. Beat eggs in bowl until combined.

  3. Add flour and beat until smoooth

  4. Add grated squash and onion

  5. Add fried bacon and oil

  6. stir to combine.

  7. Pour into prepared pan

  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 170C or until cooked (usuallylonger)
