4 oz. salmon
4 tbsp. mayonnaise, reduced fat
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

Recipe Directions for Smokey Salmon Salad

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with 1 tsp. cumin and set aside

  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Add the mayonnaise and mix well. Season to taste.
