Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Turkey and Gnocchi Salad

8 ounces smoked turkey breast
6 ounces mushrooms
92 grams smoked cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chives
273 grams avocados
110 grams medium pasta shells

Recipe Directions for Smoked Turkey and Gnocchi Salad

  1. cook pasta, when done drain and set aside

  2. flake turkey and slice mushrooms

  3. heat 3 tablespoons of oil and saute turkey, mushrooms and chives until turkey is browned, season with black pepper

  4. add vinegar and remaining oil, stirring until liquid has reduced and thickened, season again

  5. add pasta, toss well

  6. remove from heat, add avocado slices and cheese (cubed)

  7. serve warm or cool to room temp
