Smoked Trout on couscous with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Trout and Couscous

80 g mushrooms
50 g trout, smoked
65 g broccoli
1/2 cup couscous, cooked
1 tbsp refried beans
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Smoked Trout and Couscous

  1. Make lemon sauce with refried beans, lemon juice and tomato paste, pepper and salt and herbs to taste.

  2. Cook the couscous and arange on plate.

  3. Cook chopped broccoli and sliced mushrooms wth oil in a hot frying pan until cooked through.

  4. Lay on top of couscous.

  5. Break up the smoked trout in yur hands to bite sized pieces and place on top of vegetables and pour over lemon sauce.
