Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Spread

1/3 cup low fat cream cheese
1 1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
6 oz Salmon, Chinook, Smoked, (Lox), Regular, chopped
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Smoked Salmon Spread

  1. Whip together yogurt, cream cheese and horseradish in a small glass mixing bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir all ingredients.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
