Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Roll-Ups

4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1 Black pepper to taste
5 oz Watercress or arugula
4 Lemon wedges

Recipe Directions for Smoked Salmon Roll-Ups

  1. Spread each slice of smoked salmon with fat free cream cheese.

  2. Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
